We inspire, empower and support our community

For more than 130 years, �۰�ͼ��care has proudly lived its mission to improve health every day both by providing expert medical care and addressing important community needs. Building on that tradition, �۰�ͼ�� embodies this mission through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, �۰�ͼ�� Cares, to better the communities we serve. This program continues our legacy of community work with a focus on social determinants of health that are more closely aligned with �۰�ͼ��'s integrated care model. Importantly, this program seeks to foster equitable health in our community and address health disparities magnified by the impact of COVID-19 on underserved populations.
