The ¸Û°Äͼ¿â Martha Jefferson Early Learning Center is part of ¸Û°Äͼ¿â’s ongoing commitment to investing in its team members. Supported by a $10 million investment from ¸Û°Äͼ¿â and a $5 million endowment campaign led by the Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation, the center reflects the organization's recognition that meeting the personal needs of staff is essential to delivering exceptional patient care. Designed with the unique challenges of working parents in mind, this on-site facility will provide a convenient, supportive solution that helps employees balance their professional and family responsibilities.
