Mary Guye, M.D., F.A.C.S.

As an experienced, board-certified surgical oncologist, Dr. Mary Guye partners with the team at ¸Û°Äͼ¿â Surgery Specialists and the extended ¸Û°Äͼ¿â Cancer Network to develop a personalized and comprehensive care plan for every patient. With over 15 years of experience in cancer care, she focuses on breast and melanoma surgery with a clinical interest in breast cancer. Dr. Guye is a native of Newport News, VA, where she graduated from Christopher Newport University in 1993. She went on to join the United States Air Force and served until 2018. During her time in the military, she served overseas in five deployments to combat zones and two humanitarian missions. She recently retired from the Air Force as a Colonel while also serving in California as the Chief of Surgical Oncology and the Master Clinician for General Surgery. When Dr. Guye is not caring for her patients, she enjoys hiking, going to the beach with friends, listening to classical music, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
